It has one slide out that has the dining room table that folds down into a bed, also the sofa that folds out into a full twin bed. The front bedroom has a full-size queen. The back bathroom has a porcelain toilet and a tub shower combo. It has an outdoor kitchen and a shower. There is a built-in stereo with indoor/outdoor speakers, that connect to the 32" TV or blue tooth to your phone. There is also a power awning that is nicely lit with a built-in led light string. Our camper is set up with linen and sleeping bags, towels, etc. Fully ready to go with the kitchen all set up with all cookware and dishes. We will also provide you a cooler for the extra little things that do not fit in the large fridge and freezer. We will also make sure there are some camp chairs for chilling near the fire. All you need to do is hook up and ready to go. We will make sure both propane tanks are full for your trip, also both tanks are empty and ready to go. (There is a free sani-dump not far from our home, therefore we ask that you empty the tanks.) Also please return with propane full. We have a zero-tolerance on smoking or vaping inside our camper. Please be respectful of this. If we find evidence that either occurred inside, the security deposit is forfeited to cover the cost of professional cleaning. No exceptions. Thank you.
