Do you have a neglected Guitar leaning in a corner, closet, down in the basement you might contiplate donating? I'm not looking to find a prize Martin, Gibson, Fender or a high end guitar by any means. I'm a 58 year old injured Carpenter living in local motel room dealing with the bureaucracy of assistance and the endless red tape of having surgeries. I made a Bonehead decision about a year ago to sell my old faithful 40 year old Fender 12 string for $100 worth of groceries. Well a week later I found myself hungry again and guitarless. My finances pay for my room, few loaves of bread and jars of peanut butter. I'm completely happy with that. But to give a good home to a guitar would be great companionship for me and the guitar. An old cheep guitar needs a friend too. Doesn't even have to be a guitar. A ukulele, mandolin, banjo, or an old keyboard would be great company. Hell I'd even learn to play a violin. I'd probably get booted out if you donated a Trumpet, Trombone or Tuba. But that would be fun too.
