We are Happily Announcing that our Rohan (la Rouge-Silken) had a litter of healthy, squirmy Deep-Rich Red & Soft-Silky Apricot 100% Standard Poodle Pups !
They will be ready to go to new homes in late January 2010 - so you can go away for Winter holidays - and later in January - take him/her home with you :) (after loads of socialization here :), 3 dewormings, 1st immunizations, housetraining / well on-the-way to being housetrained).
Both Parents live in (inside) our home - as Awesome family members. We expect these Pups will have the same gentle, friendly, inquisitive, playful, Very Smart, protective attitudes which their Parents have.
Standard Poodles are well known as intelligent, amusing, good-natured & eager-to-please dogs who make wonderful companions (particularly as FAMILY Dogs).
Throughout the Standard Poodle history, they have worked in several capacities, from cart-pulling to circus dog, from sled-dog to therapy dog, from herding to tracking, from water-retrieving to g*n-dog (which is what they were originally bred for).
Standard Poodles can excel at just about any task given and are often seen competing in obedience, agility, field-trials & disc-sports.
Our Pups have been VERY SELECTIVELY bred for their gentle cooperative natures & playful Yet-NOT-hyper temperaments. They have been raised INSIDE our home, handled DAILY and are well-socialized - no kennels/outdoor quarters here.
